    Selling: Traditional methods of selling real estate are becoming less useful with the advent of online real estate advertising. Print advertising is becoming less and less effective. It is very clear that people are moving to the Internet to search for homes. It is estimated by NAR that 70 to 80% of all buyers start there search online!

    The Internet will make our business model excel over the next five years as there will be very little need to do home shopping in the newspaper. We plan to put sellers in the driver's seat by creating leads for them online and for a low fee. We are confident that what we are offering has the potential to become prevalent in the marketplace.

    Buyers: the current market is calling for a growth in Buyer Representation. Buyer representation is prevalent all over the USA and is growing every day here on Long Island. This specialized field is best poised for long term growth as buyers come to realize how much they can benefit from services like these. We see a huge potential for long term growth in this area.
